To secure any booking we would require 50% of total, as a holding deposit, at the time of booking. This will be deducted from the overall price on check-in in. We accept most debit or credit cards or bank transfer. All deposits and payments are taken directly by the accommodation manually when reservation is processed by the B&B.
Booking cancelled up to 14 days prior to the arrival date will incur £25.00 administration fee. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival date then a charge equal to the first night of the stay (accommodation only and sleep, park and fly packages reservations) or first week of parking (parking only reservations)will be made.
We will accept liability in respect of the loss or damage to your vehicle that may arise only where the same is proved and to the extent that it is proved to be caused by our negligence, wilful act or default or breach of statutory duty and only if the damage is reported before you and your vehicle leave the premises. We will not accept any responsibility or liability for any damage to the vehicle if the customer does not inspect his vehicle and report any said damage before departing the premises.
We do not accept liability for damage to vehicles or other property arising from acts of nature as the car park is open-air surface operations. Nor will we accept responsibility for minor scratches, dents or chips to paintwork. We will also not be responsible or accept liability for any visual damage that cannot be seen and noted due to the weather conditions (i.e. rain, hail, snow or frost) or where the exterior of a vehicle is in a dirty state. We will also not accept responsibility for damaged windscreens or other glass, other than where the same is proved and to the extent that it is proved to be caused by our negligence.
We do not accept responsibility or liability for any mechanical or electrical failure to vehicles whilst in its custody which includes flat batteries, key fobs, alarms and immobiliser. Nor will we accept responsibility for damaged wheels, tyres or punctured tyres, only where it the same is proved to be caused by our negligence where the same is proved and to the extent that it is proved by our negligence, wilful default or breach of statutory duty. Claims cannot be considered once vehicles have left the premises so please check your car before leaving.
Please ensure before leaving the car park that all the windows of your vehicle are securely closed, all lights and electrical equipment are switched off and it is locked and the keys are handed over.
We are not liable or responsible for any loose items allegedly left in the customer’s vehicle. Customers should remove any such loose items before leaving the vehicle especially such items
as sat navs, loose cash & sunglasses etc, because the we cannot verify that these items were left in the vehicle.
Please note that we have only a limited amount of parking spaces on our premises.
We have acquired a secure overflow parking nearby which is on private property with a 10ft fence and single access locked gate covered by CCTV.
By making a reservation you are acknowledging this and giving us express consent to drive your vehicle to and from the parking facility.
