Payment:
We require 50% holding deposit to secure a reservation, at the time of booking. This will be deducted from the overall price on checking in. We accept cash, cheques with banker’s card, most major debit and credit cards. Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express.
As from 1st December 2011 we would charge for payment by credit card additional 3%charge. Payment by debit card or cash would still be free of charge.
We would not charge for one child under 10 years of age sharing a room with parent/guardian.
We would charge £25.00 administration fee if reservation is cancelled more than 2 days prior the booking if less or no show booking is charged in full.
Arrival & Departure:
The rooms are usually ready by 2 p. m. (14.00hrs) and we require our guest to vacate the room by 11 a. m. (11.00hrs) however we try to be accommodating to our guest’s various requirements, if mentioned when booking. We do have a lounge or garden patio which our guests are welcome to use if waiting due to early or late departure.
